Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Not worth it. They used to have reasonable prices but, now fully cooked pizzas at other chains are cheaper. Secondly, they are privately owned and not under the authority of the corporate headquarters. They made it very clear, with my visit, that they do not care about customer service and after leaving a request to be contacted by the owner, I was completely ignored. If anything goes wrong with your order, consider it a lost cause and move on.

I ordered a Cowboy with no blk olives. I got a lot of blk olives. After picking off most of them, I decided to say something.

They'll literally let anyone walk in and take a pizza from the Online Order pickup station without checking if it's the right person. They tried to make me pay for a pizza twice because it "looks like someone took it," the exact words said by the employees. It's a shame there aren't basic systems in place to make sure no one can steal your pizzas. No wonder the other stores get better ratings.

Ordered a couple pizzas for Halloween at 8am and scheduled a pickup for 430pm. You would expect that they would be made and ready for pickup or maybe wait 5-10 mins but they said it would be an hour & it took about 50 mins. I knew it would be busy and that’s why I placed the order first thing in the morning. Please do better.

Last time I ordered 2 calzones and waited for 35 minutes for them to be made. This time I ordered a pizza and it was a complicated half n half order. He didn't write it down. Started to make it and made a mistake and had to start over. Then I got it home and found that he completely forgot the pepperoni but I paid for pepperoni. I'm very upset. Why cant this store operate flawlessly? Every time I come in theres an issue. I think I'm done.
